Boosting Immunity

  1. Natural Uncooked Food: Sprouted Cereals, Fruits, VegetablesSeeds, Soaked Dry Fruits ( Uncooked Food should be Pesticides/Chemicals Free and Microbes & Worm Free )

2. Adequate Sleep: Normal Adult 8 Hrs, Children 8-10 Hrs, following Natural Biological clock ( say 11 pm to 6/7 am )
